Create a Basic RACI Chart

If you've done project management you're probably familiar with the term RACI chart. It is also known as a Responsibility Assignment Matrix or RACI matrix. It's used to track roles and responsibilities in projects. It's quite useful as a communications tool to let people on your project team know who is doing what and who should be informed.
