Conditional formatting is one of those wonderful features that let you call attention to data in your cells whether it is above or below a target, matches some text string or shows an errors. There are many different ways your cells can be highlighted from cell/font colors to using icons (like a red/yellow/green circles) . The possibilities are endless if you put your mind to it.
